I got myself a cheap underwater housing–put a couple of rolls through it a few days ago–definitely doing it again, hopefully a few feet deeper :)
I haven’t blogged in a while, I’ve continued taking photos though :) I’m pretty behind on all the rolls I’ve shot, here are a couple from a few weeks ago, using fuji 800z and expired reala 100 and my old but new-to-me canon ae-1 that i picked up at a garage sale a few weeks ago, love that camera, it was my first slr from my dad :)
Floyd and Sheena were a pleasure to shoot. We had lots of fun and they came to their session with great ideas. Maybe that’s because Floyd is a photographer himself, also shooting film these days, and doing a super job, check out his work here. Thanks so much to you both and to Ashley for coming out as well! It was a excellent afternoon in the grass :)
I could’ve stayed here the whole day, but by 1:30pm my kids were requesting lunch :) I’ll have to go back.
Being in touch through e-mail, I met the Moat family in person only after taking pictures of them at their vow renewal on the beach. It was a pretty morning and following the renewal we did a quick family session. Thank you family for a nice time and thanks Ashley for coming along too! :)
this is what our summer looks like so far. i stay home with 3 girls and we play. i know life won’t be this carefree one day when i actually have to work. but for now it’s rad. i always try to see the good, the blessings–they are many! hoping you’re having just as great a summer :)
